Mandy Kent

Her experience makes her a great instructor, she combines grid work with jumping a course, giving confidence and understanding to the horse and rider.

Jonquil Hemming

Jane Palmer

Hi!  I’m an Accredited professional senior coach (BHSII) and BD listed judge.

As a member of the Pony Club I was selected for an international team mounted games in America and                                                                    Canada. I also received a scholarship to take my BHSAI at Porlock Vale which helped me then achieve my Pony Club A test. I then spent many years as chief instructor helping many to achieve dreams of competing at PC championships in all disciplines.

I competed myself for several years taking two generations of homebred horses to BE Intermediate and Advanced level. More recently qualifying my ex racehorse, Grace, for retraining of racehorses (ROR) finals in dressage at Novice and Elementary. I have worked with many different horses retraining and producing for sale, and am just starting with a new four year old mare, Cally.

I spent many happy years as an instructor at Berriewood, training students, organising competitions.  I am still involved today with the development of the cross country courses for training at competition.

I am passionate about giving horses and people the chance to fulfil their potential, and love finding solutions to problems improving confidence. I believe age and ability shouldn’t limit our dreams.

I LOVE MY JOB!
